Insect or Not? Freebie

We are on our end of term break and  I have no classroom stuff to post so I have two worksheets for you to add to your insect unit.

This is a sorting activity. Your little ones need to cut out the pictures and paste them into the correct box:  insect or not an insect.
This worksheet reinforces your little ones' knowledge about insects.

These worksheets are available for free at my TPT store HERE

I'm a trained Reading Recovery teacher as well. I've always dreamed about spending a week or two in some classrooms your way just soaking up the literacy. Maybe some day.

Hi Rhonda, I am also a trained Reading Recovery teacher. I am working in a Prep classroom in SE Queensland. Just wanted to thank you for your amazing work!! I used your flip books and sight word activities for the first time this week. I was soooo excited today when I thought I would test out the effectiveness of my lessons this week. EVERY child in my class was able to write a sentence using the sentence starter I am a... EVERY child had a capital letter, EVERY child have finger spaces and EVERY child spelt the memory words correctly!! Can't wait to continue with your resources and I can't wait to buy more!! Fantastic!!! Thanks so much!!
